Wish to return something?

1. E-mail us at customercare@hands-to-hearts.com with your web order number

2. Print the return label we send you and place it on the package

3. Drop off the return package in the mail

4. Wait for your money or exchanged product back

At Hands to Hearts, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just send us a message. We will email you a return label with the postage. You just have to drop it in the mail. 

To qualify for a full refund the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, with the original tags attached, and in the same condition when you purchased it. Clothing items, must not have been washed or worn and be in re-sellable condition. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the return and approval of your credit or exchange.

All sale or discounted items using a coupon are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
