At Hands to Hearts, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email or give us a call. We will email you a return label with the postage. You just have to drop it in the mail.
To qualify for a full refund the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, with the original tags attached, and in the same condition when you purchased it. Clothing items, must not have been washed or worn and be in re-sellable condition. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the return and approval of your credit or exchange.
All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return policy is the same as above (unused, in the original packaging, with the original tags attached, and in the same condition when you purchased it). Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange any Hands to Hearts products. All wholesale returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the returned items. If any items are returned unpackaged, without the original tags attached, or washed/worn, we reserve the right to to not accept the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the return and approval of your credit or exchange.
